Creative salads workshop!
The workshop is designed to facilitate cross-cultural exchange and foster mutual understanding among participants through an innovative approach based on the co-creation of cross-cultural salads.
During this interactive process, participants will have the opportunity to explore and share their own culinary traditions, distinctive ingredients and food practices.
The salad thus becomes not only a dish, but also a powerful metaphor for the encounter and integration of different cultures, encouraging mutual respect and understanding of cultural diversity through a shared and collaborative culinary experience.
On the morning of Friday 5 July, we will organise a projection of the video-tutorials realized by the participants in the IN-SALADS project, followed by a workshop on the ‘Co-creation of salads”‘ by the association EatUmbria Viaggi Perigolosi, with vegetables by OrtoInGiro and edible flowers by La Terra è Bassa!
